At our store, the people who worked in 'media' were typically the unhelpful, only in it for the check types. They're the ones who run the music, gaming, entertainment aisles and usually the ones just standing around.

yes, it was the people in media. i also don't like that best buy undercuts the indie stores when they are the ones who do the footwork in discovering/exposing bands...
