Educate, pretty much have to do that in any business....I do daily in mine, and still want to choke or punch someone through the phone . You detailer have it tougher as their going to compare you to joe shmoe slob detailing so you'll have to seperate what they do and what you do. I.E. they clean leather (pry spray windex and wipe down lol), you clean it, condition it, and buff it with products specially made for leather and oils to condition it etc.

Heck just let them go to X dealer once or twice, and shine a light on it and show them the paint damage/swirls. Then do your thing and compare it with the light again.

That's how i am going to work from now on mate....The strange thing is that they already compared my job with other,and because they were happy they came to me,without asking the price first of course....
The problem with them is that they check first the price,and then what that price offers....
i don't know what they were thinking about the prices.....
