Strongest cleaner that won't mar plastic

Noticed an unsmooth area on the driver side door from placing my arm on it as I am driving. DP Interior Cleaner took some off but nervous multiple applications will dull the plastic. What is strong but safe to use?

1Z Einzett deep plastic cleaner works for really dirty plastics I have come across. OPC that InDetail mentioned should work great too
 
I like using P21S GEPL for cleaning plastics. It can pull a lot of dirt off of trim that appears clean.

This! Just be sure to rinse thoroughly after using either one. I use two passes with a MF towel just dampened with water followed by a dry towel.
 
Please disregard my previous post earlier. Was meant to go in another thread :doh: . I wouldnt want you to use a paint cleaner inside your car
