Tarminator works. But its a strong petroleum distillates. Prolonged exposure to acrylic clear coat could soften or damage itWe use a paint safe! Its a blend of citrus cleaners and spirits!
And yes OCD is a problem with many of us! We felt if we could find it, the customer could. He was very clear. NO BLUE.
Really? Wasn't aware of that. Should I be concerned even if I'm rinsing every minute or so while I work?

I would try a small test area first. And as you get a feel for it, work on larger areas. Without much practice you can probably do about 1/4 of a bumper at a time
