I decided to wash my car after 2 weeks of not doing so. Needless to say, it was much needed. The wheels and tires received LATA in a meg's foaming bottle/sprayer. And the paint got foamed with CG citrus wash with the Gilmour Foam Gun and 2BM wash with the same. I wanted to strip the last LSP that was on it, which was CG pete's 53 over CG EZ Creme w/ Acrylic Shine. My intentions are to see how long Sonax High Speed Wax can stand alone as an LSP. So the paint and the rims received a wipe down with Sonax HSW. Below are some pictures for your viewing pleasure.

This is with a month old layer of Meg's Endurance Spray and 2 weeks of brake dust.

After about 10 seconds of LATA sitting on the tire.

Before scrubbing. You can see that the LATA has already started to relieve the tire of an incredible amount of dirt and grime.

So I did not take any after pics of the rims/tires. But here is the products the car will be receiving on the paint. Spray the panel to be dried with a LIGHT mist of Sonax, wipe with drying towel in both directions, then wipe off residue with Meg's Supreme Shine mf towel. I did this on the paint, glass, and wheels.

These next few pics are afters. Notice the gloss that the Sonax leaves. I am really becoming a fan of Sonax products.

Thank you for taking the time to look at my review. Any questions, comments or criticism is accepted and greatly appreciated.

How long of durability did you see from the ez glaze and Pete's?

I usually strip and recoat with something different after about 4-6 weeks. But if it is a maintanence wash I use v7 afterwards. So I still see ok beading at the time I strip it. The v7 may extend the life of this combo.

Did you use the LA 'straight' or diluted?

Thanx...

Bill

It was diluted. I used 16 oz. LA to 8 oz. of water. I use LATA a LOT, for the simple fact that with some different dilutions it can be used on anything. I even pretreat stains with it in my family's day to day laundry.
