We just did a quick wash on the outside. The real work was installing the 3m 1080 gloss black film to the roof.

Nice work! Is the roof wraps more for looks?
 
Looks, a little cheaper then paint, and if you don't like it you can take it off
 
Gotcha...so what is the best way to maintain this product? How durable is this? And will it swirl up with normal washing?
 
Nice stuff, I have a few friends with white cars that wrapped their roofs. Adds a real aggressive look and its cheap DIY.

Wash and wax like normal. The material does not swirl easily and it pretty scratch resistant
 
Nice job. I did this once on my own car a while back and I love it.

I bought it for my hood though. The only thing with the wrap is it gets chips but on the roof you really don't have to worry about that.

As most of you know I have swapped a LS1 into my truck. Well we have gotten the truck started and all that is left is tuning.

Well my plans next are to lower the truck and put a nice set of 20" wheels on it. Well i have found the perfect set and have entered a contect to win them. So it would be a huge help if everyone voted for my truck.

Voted. Wrap looks good think Ill may do this in the future and save me money from painting the roof..plus it's removeable. How difficult was it? Any tips?

Corr makes thos wheels along with iss forged, and Iforge, stasse, ect
