I just checked and even though my order was placed on the 30th of Dec. there has been no update about shipping and my CC has been charged. I hope SCC didn't take the money and left AG holding the bag.

I have sent two emails without response also. :(
 
I'm going to give it more time (business days) if I don't receive product or update I'll contact AG and see if anything can be done.
 
PBMG did acquire SuperiorCarCare.net, and we are taking over order fulfillment for any remaining orders that are still pending.

If you placed an order through SuperiorCarCare.net and it has not shipped yet, you will receive a tracking number by Monday. :dblthumb2:
 
Here is my time line I placed order with SCC the evening on 12/25/15.
Order shipped on 12/29/15 and will be delivered end of day 1/2/16.
 
My package from SCC was delivered with quality packaging, products and I am very pleased.
I don`t know if PBMG was already involved.
Appears they could already been if not SCC has excellent pickers, packagers, and shippers also.
 
I placed an order on 12/06, received an order on 12/16. This was before acquisition. I was thinking its division of AG, but was mistaken. A pity thing of all of this most likely no more great prices and deep discounts.
 
I placed an order on the 28th, I got an email regarding payment was declined, I transferred more money into the account and emailed them back... still haven't heard anything and nothing has been taken out of my account. Who should I talk to? I called SCC's number a few times and it just went to voicemail.
 
I received my two orders I placed during the holiday and retirement sale no issues.
 
It took me a few days to receive confirmation and then I got my products a week later. Had I received them sooner I would of put in a LARGE order for tools but it expired by that time.
Packaging was fine and no issues.
 
Im glad PBMG is growing. Hopfully they will buy chemical guys out. They are modern day snake oils salesmen!

That'll never happen.

Also, I use quite a few of their products that are excellent. Silk Shine is still my all time favorite interior protectant.

Pete's 53, 50/50 Wax, Celeste D, Honeydew Sow Foam and many others are excellent products.

If self promoting marketing videos are a sign of "snake oil salesmen" in the car care business then their are a lot of them out there. :cheers:
 
Really??? I have used a lot of their products that does not work as good as they say it does. For example fabric guard.... They say less is more yet tou need to use a ton of their product to get it to work as it does in their video. I can go on and on about a ton of their watered down products.
