Surf City Clearly Better Glass Cleaner - Quick Review

Quite a few windows later and this stuff is still rockin my socks off!!:righton:

Stoners WHAT??? Ha!!

I've used this glass cleaner and it is the best I've ever used. Even in full sun.

I have been using Stoners IG as my go to glass cleaner, not any more.

I used the Surf City Clearly Better Glass Cleaner and the name says it all, it really is Clearly Better. This really is a product that stands out after the very first use.. After the 1st window I did I was sold..Honestly!

I used it in the shade and in the full sun with great success. The car I did in the sun got the drivers side with Stoners and the passenger side with Surf City and the Surf City side won hands down.

The Stoners side had some streaking and didn’t cut through whatever was on the inside of the windshield.. the SC side was crystal clear after one pass.

This stuff seemed to have great lubricity as my mf just glided over the glass as I was wiping it on. I also, really like the healthy size squirt that comes out of the bottle!

I highly recommend the Surf City Clearly Better Glass Cleaner… I would love to get this stuff by the gallon!!

It may cost a bit more than Stoners but the time I will save by not having to over a window twice will pay for it!

**We are 2 for 2 here people.. The SC Maximum Metal Rocked and now the Glass Cleaner!! I am really excited to try the rest of my SC goodies***

I listen to you guys. SC Clearly Better Glass Cleaner arrived yesterday.
Now another question. Does anyone know if SC Beyond Black Tire Pro is available in the spray bottle in the picture? The bottle that I got is going to have to be transferred to a spray bottle.

I just got mine to and while I got some of the foam applicators to use with it, it would be nice to have in a spray bottle...

Also, at a minimum, the following line should be removed from the product description page:

"Surf City Garage Beyond Black Tire Pro is packaged in a spray bottle"

Beyond Black is available in a 24oz spray bottle. The other sizes are refill sizes or small (8oz) for those people who prefer to use an applicator.

My plan is to use an applicator. Somewhere I read that you guys at SC use the spray to load your applicator and then apply to the tire. That is what I was thinking of doing. Got to follow the lead of the guys that developed it.

They all should really come in a spray bottle, the product is way too watery to behave well in a pop top bottle.

That being said, it is the ONLY tire shine I use on my car now, after I transfered mine to a small spritz bottle, its the absolute perfect tire dressing for my likings!

Ive also got the glass cleaner coming this week, I totally suck at getting glass streakless, I cant wait to try it.

Got mine yesterday and it rocks. Tried it in the sun for the hell of it and no streaks. Used a glass ww and it just glides over the glass. Awesome product, thanks motor city for the recomendation.

Sweet, glad you agree

I also use a foam applicator to apply.. two sprays per wheel and it is BEAUTIFUL!!!

My pleasure Surfer, so glad that you liked it as much as I do!!!!!

When my IG runs out I'll give this a wirl.

Let us know what you think!

Well, just as I suspected from everyone's reviews, best glass cleaner Ive ever used, period. It really resists streaking very very well, and so far I'd say it cleans as good as stoners did fore me, so overall a+

Both surf city products Ive tried (tire pro and glass cleaner), I have found to be absolutely perfect, as far as working for me. I will probably not be buying any other tire dressing or glass cleaner again, which says alot for their products. Right now I cant really decide what I want to try next, Im not really lacking in any other kinds of products right now, and have plenty of new stuff to try.

Ive heard great reviews about the wheel cleaner and metal polish (forget which one) as well.

Sweet on my to get list.

dontsleep on it - other to try are the beyond steel wheels[awesome stuff],the reef liquid carnuba[reminds me of nattys but easier to use],and the qd with wax was great too.the other two i would mention as being great is the glass cleaner and tire dressing which you already have.

Too bad I didn't see this thread as I just ordered the DuraGloss glass cleaner. The DP must be rubbed hard (polished almost) to fully remove. The spray Stoner's sells out quickly around here, and wife doesn't like the aerosol. Next order will be SC.

Mixxer doesn't lie... Barrier reef nuba is very nice. When I was first putting it on I didn't think it was going to come off very easily.. Not only was it easy but it was very nice even on the silver paint.

And i put it on my wifes car before we went on vac july 1st it it still actually beads.
