Change is never easy, but unfortunately ever present.

Nick I am so happy for you and so awesome to see your growth with the company over the years. You will do a great job and continue to move the company to newer and greater territory.

Meghan I have always admired your leadership and professionalism in your role at PBMG. I wish you great success in your life with your new endeavors.

Max it is very nice to have you personally announce this and it says very good things for your company to have Nick so well groomed to take over.

Being more of a forum carouser than a steady customer here at AutoGeek, I've never really had any personal or professional interaction with Meghan. I've on many, many occasions however, seen from my computer chair, Meghan step in and take charge of numerous situations. Whether it be the innumerable customer service situations she's satisfied here on the forum level, or dropping "the hammer" to put a stop unacceptable forum member behavior!!

The one and only time I was able to make it down to Detail Fest, unfortunately I wasn't able to introduce myself to Meghan, as her and all the staff there were just so busy making that event happen I didn't dare get in the way. There was so much AG responsibility being carried out at that event that it made my head spin...

Having said all that.... Good luck Meghan in your future endeavors.. I have no doubt that you'll rise up and excel no mater where you go.

I did have a chance to be led through AutoGeek's facility by Nick during one of the tours, and had an opportunity to chat a little with him. All I have to say about that experience is "I know work ethic and humility when I see it." Those two attributes combined with a class act organization such as PBMG is a recipe for success for certain.

Congratulations Nick!!!

Sad to see Meghan go, wish her all the best.

Congrats Nick. It was nice meeting both of you.

I've had the pleasure of knowing and interacting with Meghan for quite a few years now and was saddened by the news of her departure!😔
I know she's always just a text message away and wish her the very best in whatever her new venture will be!
As for Nick, keep up the great work buddy!
Always bringing the best products to the table in your quest for the best for the company and the end user!
I look forward to working closely with you on r&d and am here for you if you need anything!
Best of luck my friend!

I have had some interaction with nick and I totally agree .. He'll do just fine. We're still in good hands.

The only negative I had when I went to the Detailing Boot Camp was I did not get to meet Megan. But I have seen her dedication displayed here on the forum. I am certain that if any organize had either Megan or Nick they would be blessed. Bob was fortunate enough to have both

Megan, congratulations and my sincere best wishes in all you do. Nick, congratulations my friend. I know own you will rise to the occasion.

Walter
