I'm all for it. But I'm priced so far out of it anyway. With 50 produced, I hope people drive them and don't just put them away in hopes of a Barret Jackson payday in 30 years.
 
It's about time that someone got smart enough to put a V8 into one of these mid-size pickups

Fun fact, the first generation Colorado was available with a 5.3 for a little bit.

Did not know that.....wonder why they stopped? I'd think a 5.3...or even the 4.8 Chevrolet V8 would have been a popular option

They stopped when they halted the Colorado name for a short period. I almost bought one in 2012, but the Silverado I bought instead was cheaper due to rebates.
