F150 King Ranch

I got this detail from a referral from a customer I did 3 details for a few months ago. This is his old truck that he sold to the guy in October. I can’t believe he sold this truck to get what he’s currently driving. The 10 mpg probably helped make his decision. I sure wish I had a truck like this to drive on the weekends. The color scheme is one of my favorites. Anyways on to process and pics:

Exterior Process:
Wash via foam gun w/ NXT and Schmitt

Degrease tires w/ Awesome Cleaner

Clay w/ Megs white clay using NXT suds for lube

Dry w/ Guzzler

Polish paint w/ 106/RMG (thanks wolfpacker) via
FLEX w/ LC white pad. I spread it on speed
2 and worked it on speed 5.

Protected paint w/ acrylic Blitz (thanks again
wolfpacker) This stuff is awesome!!!

Tires, wells, and trim dressed w/ Meg Hyper
Dressing via paint spray gun and air
compressor.

Interior Process:
Vacuum w/ Rigid

Folex on spots

Malco Clean and Shine on dash and door panels

Duragloss Leather cleaner and conditioner on
Seats.

Surf City on glass (best cleaner PERIOD!!!)

Pictures: (I only took a few because of time restraints. I don’t know how you guys can take 50 pics of each detail).

Very, very nice Bradley.
You told me this was an awesome truck but to see in this color....WOW!
One of my all time favorite colors.

Tires and wells look flawless too.

Man, those are some $$$$$$$$$$ wheels.

Everything looks amazing!

Bradley, beautiful work and sweet truck as you said. I think them King Ranch trucks run 40-50K new....You have it looking better then new....So you can use DG Leather cleaner and conditioner on the seats? Somebody said that before, I've always heard that ford had a special conditioner for KR seats...Thanks for sharing, which you had more time to take pics, because it's a beautiful truck...

Will someone call my wife and tell her that I need to have a a truck like that. My F-150 needs to go! Great results!

Sweet is right. Great looking work.. Great looking truck :righton:

very nice finished. can you remember how long you used flex to correct the paint?

Somewhere in between the PC and a rotary. I worked 3 hours total on truck. One step polish w/ 106.
