Swirls: True or False?

Swirls happen...you just do your best to limit them. Sometimes, people seem to do it on purpose. I did a one-step for a friend. When she picked it up, she performed the 'tushy test'.....where she proceeded to drag her butt down the side of the car to see if it was smooth. I was speechless...and that's not something that happens very often.
