I would definitely try your combo on another paint to verify your technique. Then it is likely you'll need to step it up for the potentially hard cc on the ralliart (paint should be hard if it is designed to rally, huh? haha).

On my BMW M3, orange/OP just made the swirls shiny. I had to step up to a Yellow LC pad and OC.

I didn't realise that Lancers have the ceramic clear coat, interesting. Sorry to hear of the hard work your having to go through but I can totally relate. It took me 3hrs to find a good combo to finally remove swirls/scratches from a Mercedes I did. I too would suggest Menzerna and rotary and same thing try to find a good pad combo for you. On the Mercedes I used PO106FF with rotary and orange Edge 2K pad. This combo left minor marks so I used Finall Polish II with the Cyclo and green Edge 2K pads.
