Tape Residue on Ultimate Guzzler

I recieved my latest AG order yesterday, AG never ceases to amaze me with how well everything is packaged. The box was huge, lol. Anyways, I ordered one of each guzzler, the largest one, was unpackaged unlike the smaller two. When I opened it up, it had a peice of packing tape, probably 2 inches by an inch near the middle, I removed that and it left behind some very sticky glue, its almost in the fibres. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get rid of the glue, I just washed it and it still seems to be there. Would rubbing alcohol work?

PS, the Ultimate Guzzler is HUGE. Looks awesome, can't wait to use it.
 
hhmmm, odd. i've never ordered the big guzzler so i don't know how they're packaged.

maybe you can send Meghan a PM and check and see how they package (or don't) the Big Guzzler.
 
The Guzzler is awesome! I'd send Meghan an email and ask her advice on how to get that sticky stuff off.
 
Good suggestions. I skipped on the large large Guzzler because it was simple too big and would be awkward to use. So I just bought the middle one and the small. Sorry about the tape residue, AG will make it right!
 
Yeah, its certainly huge, but i'm going to be washing, Klasse AIO/HGSG'ing an airplane on the weekend, need a big towel :lol:
 
use the alcohol/water blend should work, if not wash it as last resort before use.
