So i got some of the orange vrooms from target. I used them on the car with megs uqd (an extremely amazing product) and decided to wash them today.

I washed the towels with my other junk blue mf towels and some other mf things. When I peeked in before the 2nd rinse cycle i noticed that the towels changed colors. I freaked out a bit but hoped that the vinegar in the second cycle would solve this. It didn't.

Here is a picture of the towels. There are two circular mf applicators and it should be obvious which one is the new one ;). The circular foam pad was of course more yellow; I think you guys know what it looks like. The square foam pad actually started as a white pad!

I am putting the towels through the wash again to see if the color would go out.

p.s. i used dreft as the detergent to wash them, and on the second rinse, I poured in half a cup of vinegar. I have washed all of these products except the vroom towels before and there were no problems like this.

If washing them again doesn't remove the color, what do you guys suggest I do? Also, will the color bleeding affect the performance of the mf towels?

Update: I've finished washing them again without the Vroom towels but nothing has changed. What should I do?

Being the typical male when it comes to washing clothes, (Clueless), I have managed to come up with a lot of strange color combinations from mixing colors of items being washed.
My experience has been that the only thing hurt is the appearance.
I would go ahead and use any/all of the items. I don't think the performance will be compromised at all.
The only Vroom towels I own are some of the large yellow drying towels and I have had no color bleeding problems that I have noticed.

All mf towels will bleed if they're colored no matter the brand. I too learned this the hard way.

All towels I buy now are either yellow or blue since that's the majority of mine. I seperate them into two loads.

There's really no way to fix it, just got to live with it. It won't affect performance

Tie some rubber bands around your mf and make tie-dies
