Terrible Customer Service!

I ordered a Flex polisher at 2PM EST on 7/29 and was told my polisher would ship the same day,as your website clearly states and is plastered on the front page of the website,(orders placed BEFORE 5:30PM ship the same day).
I still hadn't received my tracking number by the next morning and when I called to inquire as to why not,I was told my order hadn't shipped out and would go out the next evening. REALLY? You took my money for the polisher as soon as I placed the order but now i have to wait until you feel like shipping my polsher to me! This was my 5th polisher I have ordered from Autogeek and I will NEVER do business with you again. To top it off,the so called customer service rep offered no type of apology or compensation. I cancelled my order and was told that I would receive an email in a few minutes stating my cancellation and refund. I get an email with a tracking number for the package that hadn't even left their warehouse yet and no tracking info was available. REALLY??? Don't try it! Cancel my order and refund me my money. I can order from other places. You lost a customer for life!

Try Decaf next time. Need to look at the big picture!

Actually, if you click on "more info" about the shipping policy, it says this (emphasis mine): "Orders placed by 5:30 pm EST ship the same business day upon request - if the delivery date of your package is time sensitive please call us."

Wow. People are just nuts. Dealing with the public is so hard. Your mad because your polisher didn't ship out until the NEXT day?

Yeah, if only the order pick/pack/ship process was as automated as the web store, eh? Maybe someday everything will be like downloading software...when they perfect Star Trek transporters and the item you just bought materializes next to your computer.

LOL--reminds me of that line from Real Genius (which I think I have used a couple times on a forum here or there): "But - and I am only saying this because I care - there are a lot of decaffeinated brands on the market today that are just as tasty as the real thing"

I just received my Flex 3401 today. I had been looking out my window all morning waiting for the UPS truck. I can't wait to try it out. And thank you autogeek for "taking care of me",being as though I ordered the Flex polisher kit the day before it was made available for VIP members. Earned my business for life!
 
You're complaining about 1 day delay?? They're giving you a no exclusions sale for crying out loud!!!

3D Printers are already here. We won't need the transporters, just a few more years of development.

Yeah I mean that was pretty unreasonable of him. I just know that I'm a demanding customer, but I am also reasonable. Autogeek has never treated me wrong!
 
Nick responding to a complaint 5 minutes after it was made with 3 different methods of contacting him directly to resolve the issue is an example of Excellent Customer Service. I give AG credit for being prompt and professional. I for one would not want to be Nick dealing with this unhappy customer.
 
I don't know ur circumstances but IME, AG has been beyond great resolving both large and small issues. In fact I believe they truly excel at customer service which is the number one reason I'm a loyal customer. YMMV but if your dealing with Nick, I have no doubt that it will be resolved fairly and quickly.
 
The customer was taken care of - I'm closing this thread from further discussion.
