Washed my daily beater to day, and tryed some souveran on the hood! Got some help from my gf :awesome:

Washed with pinnacle bodywork shampoo, then some Pinnacle paintwork cleansing lotion for the hood only. Then souveran.

The hole car is getting some menzerna when it arrives.

Looks good but I think I would wait until after you polish it to use up the Souveran. Nice of your girl friend to do the work while you drink beer and take pictures.

Just kidding pirex, I'm sure you helped a little? ;)

I could not wait any longer, had to try :D but, the menzerna will arrive next week, so its the Audi first, then the vw. Going to be shiny. Me? helped? good one :D I sat down an took some beers, had just barbecued you know :awesome: To filled up to detail. I just sweepd over the hood with the purpel towel

wait till the sun comes up a bit, the carnauba wetness and gloss will really start to show. Looks like it could slip into that lake.

Looks great Pirex....very nice....I give the thumbs up to Sov on Blacks...Reds and dark greens and blues...and Yellows...sorry Gary...that wax on those colors is outstanding...I love it on my truck..but pollen season is here and I wash it to often to use it now..but I bought the spray Sov to use when I do get it on as a fresher..

pirex, it looks like your girl friend is getting great reviews. You going to have to include her in more of your posts.

pirex, I knew you couldn't resist and I was waiting for pictures to come up...hehehe...new toys are hard to keep on the side hehehe.

The hood looks good and Souveran is a nice wax, I enjoy using it all the time.

Thanks for sharing the vehicle looks great. Looking forward to the Menzerna and the pictures :D

Thanks for the nice compliments guys, I will pass them further :p Heey, take it easy on the meat, you don`t want to scare her away? lol :D

Gary: This was the first and last time, don`t like to share my feedbacks :p

I know what you mean about the products screaming at you :D I feel this way everday and every day I'm in the garage for at least an hour :righton:. So your thinking of purchasing a Metabo, well to be honest pirex the rotary (Metabo) is just as easy as the PC...at least I think so. It dosen't take much to learn how to use it. The Metabo is a very confortable machine. I have the Makita and the Metabo and on flat areas the Makita does well but when it comes to vertical areas the Metabo does really well. I have gone 10hrs straight on the Metabo and my hands and arms feel great. I can't say the same for the Makita. Should you decide to purchase the Metabo you will enjoy it and after a few vehicles you will be able to get wicked results. It took me some practice and trial and error to get to the "paint correction" part but now I'm starting to see what works and what does not work.

Well just my opinion.

Your opinion means a lot! I have been thinking about the makita, but I think the metabo is my choice. Wait a few weeks, then buy :D

Nothing better than a beautiful woman helping you in the process of detailing...

What does she drive???

She don`t drive :O And she will never drive my Audi :P Got to buy here a vw golf I guess :P
