I received an email stating that an item I ordered from the black Friday sale was on backorder. I called up customer service (I forgot the guys name that I spoke with) as I was just going to have the items in stock shipped. Well he helped me out by replacing that backordered item with a similar item at the same cost as the item ordered.

Thank you to AGO's customer service.
 
I placed an order on Saturday and then the item I had ordered was a Cyber Buster Item. I emailed AG Customer Service and because my order was already in the system, they couldn't give me a discount.
But..... They gave me a merchandise credit on the difference on my next order.

I've said it once and I'll say it again, AGO provides the BEST customer service on the 'net
