I recently posted about an order issue and shipping problem so its only fair i share the good as well.

Danielle at AG was extremely helpful and caring about my situation. I won't make public exactly how she resolved my issue, as I don't think that would be fair to AG, but the offer was substantial and was to my liking.

Nick, was generous enough to toss in a gift on my following order, so I am extremely grateful. He did not have to do this but just goes to show he, along with everyone else at AG truly do care about their customers.

Nick, Danielle, thank you. I really appreciate the efforts you both made to rectify the problems.

Oh and Nick.... I can't wait to see what you sent! :D

This is the exact reason I love this company. Absolutely the best customer service I have dealt with in a long time!
 
I am only an amateur, who enjoys detailing as a hobby. I buy all my products through PBMG. People like Nick is the reason why. He will personally answer any question, make recommendation and correct even the smallest problem. Because of this type of service, I have bought enough products to last me for at least 5 years. ( Maybe More )

When you buy far in excess of what you can ever use, because this is a hobby, it has to be fun. The people at AG and PBMG make it fun! They cannot be praised enough.

I know, Max knows this. However, it is always good for the Customers to remind him how much they appreciate his employees.
