I just wanted to publicly say thank you to Penny.

During all the crap I am sure she had going on yesterday she got stuck taking a call from me. I wanted to add to the order I placed. I know she was thinking, "great another dumb @&* who does not know what he wants". However she was very nice the entire call.

I made my order from the Atlanta Airport yesterday morning in a hurry before I boarded a plane to Dallas. On my layover in Dallas I checked my phone and saw that the BOGO had been updated with some items I had already bought, and some items I wanted. When I called from the airport she found my order, got the info on how I wanted to change it, and then told me she was going to head to the warehouse to stop and fix the order. She would contact me and let me know the results.

When I got off my next flight I had an email from her with my new order. Great, but I still had an issue. Knowing it was to late to get it taken care off last night I figured Monday I would get a reply to my email. Just shows what I know. This morning I had an email and everything was perfect.

Thanks again Penny!!!!
 
It's the great customer service that keeps us coming back. They're GREAT!!
 
Apparently a lost art. Imagine a company that appreciates your business and wants to sell you more stuff? It used to be the way the majority of companies did business. Not anymore! I hope everybody at autogeek lives in a mansion and flies in a Gulfstream, they earned it!

I too have hassled Penny over a stupid mistake on my part, she made me feel like I was right (which I was not).
 
Penny is Simply the Best Custtomer Service Rep I have EVER worked with!
 
I think all the thanks go to the folks on the forum. Rightfully so, they are great. But the folks behind the scene like Penny and Nicole (I think that is her name) have been great every time I call.
