I ordered a package that was suppose to be at my door Thursday and some how UPS damage the package so I never received it. I wasn't sure what to do but to call Autogeek today after my detailing appointment :buffing:. I just now had time to check my email and Autogeek has already packed up a new order and has shipped it out!!!!!!!!!! Thank you guys for taking care of me!
 
Good to hear. You can always count on Autogeek/PBMG to set things right.

Seems like a lot of disappearances lately. Sent a package to a friend here via USPS and it basically disappeared. Before that, a nice box with 1 gal Uber rinseless & 3 dozen microfibers from Wolfgang never made it to my door - got to the processing center 11 miles away and simply vanished...
 
Its good to have a site that discuses products / info / help not politics :)

Agreed. I always end up shopping here, CS is paramount.
 
Not even UPS can stop you from detailing when you are a customer of Autogeek's, we will get you that order no matter what!!! :buffing:
