thanks to guy in toyota highlander I no longer care

Again thanks for the advice im glad i saw that not all dealers fix to dealer specs lol i will find a place that is bmw certified... i work way to much to allow my car to fixed by some hack shop geico recommends (been there done that with my last car) there were pleanty of whitnesses....however none of them stopped to tell the story, ooh well hopefully ill have good news to report by the end of the week, my appointment with claims adjuster is 9am friday....
 
That really sucks...
The only piece of advice that I can think of is: don't let that jerk win.
Get your car fixed, and move on.
