for less than a buck, you can put one of these in the cup holder. there's a dozen different scents to choose from. worst case scenerio, if you don't like it in there you can put it in the bathroom/house...

I have this japanese squash scent, I like the smell. so does pretty much everyone that ride in my car.

The ol' citrus lime crystal squash air freshener. Nice!
