Did everyone receive the gift certificate..i ordered mine in the morning yesterday still nothing..
 
Well it appears nobody cared enough that their timer cut the gift certificate sale short by 10 minutes. Thought surely someone would reply today but I guess not. I guess spending $2700 dollars since April doesn't by you any customer service

Wooow take a moment and think about what you say about autogeek! I messaged Meghan on here and told told them about the problem with the certificate and i was told to place and order for the one i wanted and it would get taken care of . Talk about customer service.

Nothing anything that the guy who spent $10,00 or the guy who spent $10 gets. The amount you spend doesn't get you special privileges, or discounts others get. We are all treated exactly the same. That is great customer service.
 
I agree dollar amount doesn't really matter. Just expressing horribly I guess my displeasure. I see plenty of customer service around here and they are known for it. But I have had a negative experience in the past and tried a couple times today to get a response and was unsuccessful again. Long day, my bad.

Oh well.
 
Just got my gift certificate at 3:30am now to order the Rupes Mini :) but the flex 3401 with the 15% off is so tempting

Well here we are, finally in the future with our gift certificates.

What to buy?

Hmmm...wait on the new Flex XCE? Or go tried and true 3401.

I did this last time where I said I can hold out and instead had an impulse to buy other things because I am a sucker for the NOW sales.

Go with the tried, true and tested 3401 - You won't be disappointed.
I've put literally 100s of hours into this polisher and it has yet to let me down.
I considered picking up a second one but decided to hold off for the Flex Pe instead.
