Your car mate have all the security needs it! A camera on a dash recording everything that happens while you are driving the car also it would be a great target for vandals or thieves:)
 
It's just my GPS navigator. I only plan to fill my car with some gadgets, but there is no definite need of that. It will be only some months later when I need to drive long distances.
 
an interface to use my ipod and control it with the factory stereo system and steering wheel.

Hmm..the coolest gadget in my car would probably be the factory torque gauge in the center dash along with Oil Temp showing me when it's okay to put the pedal to the metal :)

2nd coolest would probably be the 7.4 inch GPS screen
 
Hands down my oil pressure and temp gauge to monitor my cars vitals

My MINI S has automatic windshield wipers. Didn't think I needed that but it has become one of my favorite things on the car. Really miss it when driving other cars without

Also love the power fold mirrors and heated seats.

Lots of other stuff, too. But hey, it's a MINI; what's not to love!
