I think that it's kinda crappy if the bogo was for old, out-of-date Reload without identifying it as such. Fool me once.... jmho.
While I have read that on a seeming rare occasion, some had some slight issues with the older Reload version, possibly the one you might be getting on BOGO, the issues with that version seemed more "user induced" and how it was applied.
I never had problems with this earlier version on two different vehicles I own, one white, and one dark magenta metallic. But the newer version did clearly visibly leave oily holograms on the Magenta paint. It was no doubt too on the white paint as well, just much harder to see.
Had I gotten the older version, in which the last version I recenty got was the newer v2 version which I returned, I would've never returned it, it works great. I even began searching onlne-ebay for other vendors in hopes of finding the older version, which I was completely happy with.
As for me taking a chance with this newest v2 version, I am still on the fence, and will have to wait until the newer product is in more people's hands before I'll commit again.
The older version is durable, was easy IMO to work with, and if indeed you did get the older, pure white liquid version, I think you did just fine IMO.
