Just Wanted to say Hey!
I'm Jordan, I joined this wonderful forum for more insight and to see all the great stuff it has to offer.
I've been detailing for i would say 3-4 years I don't know exactly, started working in a mechanic shop doing porter/parts running. I really enjoyed washing and cleaning the cars we got.... Except there was one problem i got to learn as many do the difference in detailing in a professional way. Many Car dealerships today only do Production work. Meaning most of the work gets covered up with fillers and glazes. I totally remember seeing those car on the lot look so good up until you get them in the sunlight.
Long story short i started with a PC7424 as we all did(that i know of) and i did most of my own things to my own personal car. I have done my fair share of cars...Most of which are friends and family members. I grew to appreciate a good looking car. Something i totally pride myself in. While most people on the other hand will just take it to Joe shmo down the street and get it looking good for 75 bucks, yet a couple days later (after it rains) it looks like crap again and all the fillers washed away and showed all the wonderful holograms we love to see everyday.
I can keep going all day long but i started with the PC then tried a Rotary polisher but didn't like it. (i'm just not comfortable with it) and now i have the Flex 3401. Which i love is the best. Thanks to Auto Geeks 15% off sale i snatched it up a week ago and couldn't be any happier. The UPS man made it very clear...I looked like a kid in a candy store when he came by. The correction on my car went great and i will continue to learn more and more everyday. Here is my car its a 2010 Ford Focus Coupe SES in Sterling Grey Metallic. Corrected with Menzerna's FG400, Polished with Menzerna's SF4000 and topped with Power Lock.
