Oh boy, I knew I was going to get in trouble! First let me say I'm sure PBMG (Autogeek) is in the first wave. I think what they were saying is that if a particular distributor has 500 pre-orders, they may not be satisfied by the first wave, or even the second, and that it may take until July for all the pre-orders to be satisfied. So it depends when you ordered, how many pre-orders your distributor took, and how many they ordered. This really came up in the context of "when can I get one?" with the answer being "if you haven't pre-ordered, you may not be able to get one until July, so order it as soon as possible" or you will continue to not "be in line" to get one.
 
That makes sense. Didn't mean to make anything out of it, just a little excited to hear any kind of concrete information at all. It's a very complicated process and I don't envy the distribution teams at Rupes(and otherwise) right now!

Oh gotcha! Nick from AGO said they should be getting theirs in either today or tomorrow.
 
To update everyone - the very first units began finding there way to distributors in the US late last week. The first allotment was very small, but the good news is that a larger shipment arrived and cleared customs yesterday so more will be right behind these.

The launch for the Nano was global so our team in Milan has been building Nano's at a feverish pace to supply not just the US, but the whole world and this is one of the most sought after tools that I can ever remember coming to market. Be patient. The earlier you placed your order the better your chances of getting one soon. If you haven't ordered yet and want one get in line now!
 
We know everyone is very anxious to receive their new Rupes iBrid Kit (including Mike Phillips! :laughing:).

The good news is that as RUPES' largest distributor in the U.S., we have more headed our way than anyone else. :dblthumb2:

The bad news, if you would like to call it that, is the shipments are coming in small batches. Today we received a handful of units.

We appreciate everyone's patience - the wait has been killing us as well. We received a lot of pre-orders for the new iBrid System, and we will be fulfilling them in the order that they were received.

A few of you will be receiving a shipping confirmation later today. ;)
