The One Thing The Auto Detail World Needs, but Does Not Have?

Would D156 work well with an Off-Label product like 845?

Say you use 845 for your main lsp. Then use D156 as your maintenance Spray Wax.

I've always been of the belief that if you top a wax or sealant with D156, it shall become D156. Same thing with D115.

Just my 2 cents..

A spray on version of Collinite 845 that you could put on between waxes to keep the beading at maximum.
yes been saying that for years, just don't know why they haven't ,maybe content with what they offer already.

I put 2 coats of 845 on the wife's car in Oct./Nov. It has been washed twice since then, with 156 used during drying.

Still beads like it was waxed yesterday.

'In my best bible thumping voice and posture';

Less vaguary and obfuscation with clearer definition and delineation of purpose and function of products! Im looking at you Chemical Guys!!! LOL sorry, couldnt resist and since CG are a slow moving target when it comes to blurring the lines they got hoisted on the petard.

More verbose explanation and directions regarding application AND removal would be nice, however in reality the detail world is fun as it is; eliminating many of the mysteries would render testers, experimenters, tinkers, enthusiasts and hobbyists with less opportunity to 'dabble in the unknown'.

An AIO that is easy to use like HD SPEED. In my experience, SPEED wipes of super easy, cuts nice, looks great. All around super easy to use. But this product needs long lasting sealant/protection. Im thinking a year or so. And who cares if it fills? A product like this is what we need for the daily drivers out there
Its done already in production detailing supply vendor, can't say do to forum rules.

There are tons of spray waxes out there but will never replicate beading and sheeting like collinite.

Every automobile owner to be concerned about the condition of the vehicle.

My vote for winner! And those owner's to seek Geek level of care! Oh, and shadwell's suggestion as runner up.

So there is a AIO product out there already that is as easy to use as HD SPEED, but has 6 months to a year protection? Shoot me a PM.

The IDA Certified Detailer (CD) and Skills Validated (SV) certifications separates the "bucket brigade" and the "keyboard detailers".
The CD exam consist of ten written exams and the SV exams and four "hands on" tests administered by Recognized Trainers (RT).
The exams cover safety and compliance, chemicals (pH), PrepWash, Interior, Leather, Exterior, Paint Correction and much more.
Just a FYI - When I took the SV tests Jason Rose was there taking the SV exams with me on his way to becoming a CD-SV and RT.
Mike Phillips is a CD-SV and also on his way to becoming a RT as well. I heard SV exams will possibly be given at the AG facility?

If your asking "The One Thing The Auto Detail World Needs, but Does Not Have?"

For me that's easy. A lightweight large throw DA machine that has power and is battery operated.

No wires & cords on the ground. A machine with the same power as a Rupes MKII that is cordless!

Somebody that thinks like me...
Does the work like me...
DOESN'T require ME to be there...

And..... is FREE like me!!! :D:dblthumb2:

Great idea. Even easier if they invented strips to test it.. Sort of like how PH levels of fluids are tested with strips that change color.. There could be a color chart indicating how much protection is left on the paint after a wash. That would be so awesome.
mThere is a test and free,it's called water and the two eyes you have.Im the MAN
