The Perfect Car Wash

i was planning on getting that, but some were saying it caused swirls for them...maybe they were not cautious.

so with onr, a sponge looks better?

I've used it on blk paint with no problems.

with onr the grout sponge or LC sponge work great... for regular wash, schmitt all the way... i like the sponge for onr, seems easier to me...

for the price, i would get both so you will be prepared for both methods, but regardless, 2 buckets...

AG should sell a kit with a sponge, 2 grit guards, and a schmitt...

yeah actually i think i may just get pb ss&s and onr along with a lowes proline grout sponge and a lc blue foam sponge and maybe even a lambswool.

see which one is better at removing the splattered rubber off the side of the car after a day at the dragstrip.

For the splatter, you may want the pinnacle safe scrub bug and tar pad, or just some onr and a clay bar.

A lot of guys on here and at autopia use leaf blowers. I would, but my neighbors already think I'm anal enough:D I use my compressor to get the water out of the cracks.

Yes! This is the way to go. Blow in a downward motion away from the car. damn.. did say, "BLOW in a downward motion" sounds nasty.

... and the compressor technique is also a good method if you have moldings that trap water.
