If they don't have competition they really don't have much incentive to improve. They are apparently making enough money doing it the way they are doing it and if nobody is challenging their future earnings why should they change? Sucks.I am going to try today to see what I can do to mitigate the scratches

I am very unhappy with the way my car was delivered to me after the recall work
It was impossible to see inside the car while in the parking lot due to the bright sun but once I got the car into more favorable light and saw all the dirt and smudges, the scratches on the fabric of the front pillars, the grease spots and what looked like salt from someones lunch, the greasy smudges on the nav screen, the spot of sealant or adhesive or something adhered to the headliner, etc etc I was not happy
I had completely detailed the front interior prior to bringing the car is so any mess made was made at the dealer
I cannot believe you would turn back an $80,000 car without cleaning up after the technician
I took pictures of all the dirt and mess as well as a brand new scratch on the edge of the driver's side rear door if anyone cares enough to respond to this text
I had no choice but to bring the car to you for the recall but my record of services I have received on my 2 Lexus cars at your dealership is less than stellar
Pay particular attention to the original message and the BOLD print. This isn't the first time I have responded by text or email and I have NEVER gotten a followup reply, although I have gone straight to the top and spoken to the general manager about an issue and he did NOTHING
There are only 3 dealers in the state, and the next closest is 300 + miles away so if you want a Toyota you have zero choice
I looked into ordering from one of the online services but they don't mess with Alaska and even if I flew down to America and bought one I still have to deal with the local dealer for service, warranty, etc
I don't want to get into a brand war but if I felt there was another brand that built better cars I would try them, but sadly this particular company, Kendall, owns a lot of the local lots for a lot of the brands, and when I went to their Audi dealer with the TT it was the same game
