The Post a Picture of Your Ride as it Sits Thread

I remember going out to some tuning shop near Jackson Michigan IIRC and they installed Vortech S/C'ers on those and it was said to make 275 hp, WOW! I guess the Quaiffe would be a given, along with some wider and stickier tires. I have to tell you that is one clean FSVT, did you buy it brand new? I also like the orange ones as well!

Not to play devil's advocate, but is that at the crank or the wheels? :D

IIRC it was at the crank, basically adding 100 hp to the FSVT output. The FSVT was really a well done car other than the fact that it needed that "little extra" under the hood, the suspension and brakes were great and if you opted for the Euro package you got those awesome Recaro seats:xyxthumbs:

Just wondering.... either way, that's awesome gains :xyxthumbs:

Durability.

I am leery to powder-coat wheels. If someone doesn't know what they are doing you can compromise the structural integrity of the wheel. Plus if you paint they can easily touch them up if needed.

Love that white :xyxthumbs:

The only thing that sucks about this white is it very difficult to keep looking clean

No doubt.... I am realizing how hard white is to keep clean with the new truck

White is easy to keep looking clean, Silver is easier though.

Takes forever for white to look dirty as it hides dirt well, unless is black dirt.

I have owned white and silver vehicles for a very long time.

The biggest thing is to prep the paint and use a good wax or sealant. Then all that really needs to be done is to rise it off and use a QD or Spray Wax as a drying aid.

I remember not that long ago a buddy was saying how good my truck looked. I told him it was dirty, he didn't believe it until I wiped my hand over the paint and it it came off black.

It blew his mind.... LOL

But yeah in the winter with a lot of snow and ice and with all the salt and junk they put on the roads it's hard to keep any car looking good.

My method over the years until lately has been to use Megs M21 or NXT and QD and QW as above.

Been using WGDGPS, WG Deep Gloss Spritz Sealant and M135 to maintain.....

Nothing really seems to stick to it either, not even dust or so it seems....

I know about the integrity thing. The shop that would be doing it is known for doing wheels in my area.
