The Post a Picture of Your Ride as it Sits Thread

My buddy Josh from Tennessee and myself on Woodward yesterday. His first time to the D. I ended up doing an Ech2o WW to his car later on too, "Northern hospitality"

Listen, that's one of the nicest cars out right now that no one knows about

When I was in my early to late 20's I drove a number of Buicks, from an 89' LeSabre T-type, 93 Park Avenue Ultra, 87' Grand National, 81' Riv and even an 85' Skyhawk, so yeah, I liked Buicks and still do, just can't afford em', LOL

In that color all the chrome pops and the body lines show up, those 20" wheels set it off perfectly!

Btw, one of lotto cars has always been a 65' Riv GS🇺🇸

Thanks, Klasse! I'm 38 and have always had an affinity to longer 4-door sedans; the remodel on the 2017 LaCrosse caught me. Allegedly what the 2018 Impalas are based on.

I echo your sentiments as well! I have always been partial to either a 68' Eldorado or the 73' Colonnade.

Quick wash and mckees high gloss detailer. The mckees tire coating is now 5 weeks and still looks fantastic.

Edit so how can I post this without using separate hosting from the app without it flipping upside down?

For my sanity I needed to flip your picture...

Thanks, I can't even edit it now to try and fix it.

It's actually a classic package from the factory. 6 speed manual. I've actually contemplated removing the stripe and putting on srt wheels but I'm undecided.

This for the picture flip!

We had the inspections done on the new house today. I can't wait to move in soon

A couple weekends ago I had two Challengers come in. The first one ended well but during the session the weather went absolutely nuts. A severe storm started right above my house and it eventually started flooding in my garage. I was in a hurry and didn't get any pictures of the car but did get a picture of the storm forming.

And here's my poor Challenger in the rain and hail during the same day. The customer's car was in the garage thankfully.

The next day the weather was more dry and didn't pose a problem. I'm going to have to take everything out of the garage very soon to assess any damage that may have occurred because of the partial flooding. I know the garage is untidy - we were going through some moving preparation and a lot of things were getting pushed into the garage.

A week before that I did a mobile job for another Challenger. It wasn't supposed to rain until much later in the day. Well, about fifteen minutes after I arrived it started raining, so I was outside working on the wheels and tires and getting drenched.

Thankfully it stopped and the finish came out looking nice.

Working on Challengers that see track time can be a lengthy process. This Scat Pack had rubber on almost every square inch of every surface. Here's one of the drag radials.

I didn't clean my Challenger for about a week but it still looked nice.

Later on, during the same day, I finally fixed my foam cannon.

The next day a little Honda Civic came in for some much needed attention. Normally I'm full-on Mopar or no car, but sometimes non-Mopars make their way to me. :)

ONR wash on the vehicle with McKee's Gloss Tire Gel on the skins. BYW: That's an EcoTouch tire shine bottle in the reflection. I prefer their soft bottle and dispensing top.

Nice to see color out there!

Apparently I missed a great C&C this weekend... some great cars and a McLaren P1 was there.

P1 in person Is very impressive, even if the front end looks like 2 swans looking at each other
