Let me know when you guys are doing the Dragon next. I would love the opportunity to wear these guys down a bit

It's usually the 2nd weekend of Oct and these comments have made me look at tires on Tire Rack, NO Michelin Pilot Super Sports for my size. There's a tire called the Firestone Indy 500 that "looks" aggressive but is a 340 treadwear, 200 less than I have now and the Falken 615's @ 200 treadwear...decisions decisions

Its a K24/K20 with Manley turbo tuff rods, upgraded wrist pins, wiseco 10.2:1 coated pistons, .0045" PTW, 3 angle valve job, equal length tubular mani, 50mm turbosmart WG, s362 borg warner turbo, custom IC, electronic boost controller (i.e. boost by gear), RBC intake mani port matched, 1300 FID injectors, 450lph walbro pump, 8an feed, aeromotive FPR, EP3 5 speed, Mfactory LSD, competition clutch stage 5 clutch, CC flywheel, mishimoto radiator, A/C deleted, Turbosmart BOV, 3 bar MAP, Hondata ECU v4, AEM ethanol sensor, running 100% E85. I'm fortunate enough to be able to TIG/fabricate all my IC piping and downpipe as needed in my garage. Car all tore apart was when I was moving my fuse box to the trunk to free up some engine space. Probably leaving some stuff out...

To be installed: 95lb valve springs w/Ti retainers, stage 2 NA cams (better efficiency for my motor over FI cams), 4 bar MAP sensor, Acuity TPS.

Was putting down 460whp at 18psi on my smaller precision turbo (last year). This year, with bigger IC and turbo, should be good for 550whp range ~20psi. Looking for 130mph traps on a seemingly stock looking car :xyxthumbs:

Damn that's awesome man. I've got a turned up truck but still stock motor as built diesel engines are a fortune. Haven't got the dyno but I've got enough air and fuel for 650 if it can hold rail pressure. Problem is at that point the rods are probably 85-90% and your on hopes and prayers for the pistons that my particular Chevy has.

Glad to see someone else that does as much as possible on there own with the performance bug.

Too cold to wash the car. Gonna have to wait until the temps are above 20.

We need a Midwest Detailfest...seriously

Griot's has a facility in Indiana, too bad it's not the old Coca-Cola plant like they have in Washington State, that would be epic!

I don't have the organizational skills to set something up MidwestFest but maybe someone should consider it. I mean if it were in the spring we would all need it, plenty of forum members to make it out, drive actually too! I know it's vendor row there and they pay for these things and it's necessary but what I would get out of it to be able to put a name with a face, could care less about meeting someone on a fake shop drama Velocity show either. I mean some people are star struck and if you want that, get in line and do that. I wanna meet the people that REALLY make this forum what it is...YOU! Oh yeah, see and check out REAL cars driven by REAL people who drove REAL miles (not trailered) to make it out to MidwestFest. Oh yeah, we have another country just above us too, make it international

I love this idea.... if it didn’t interfere with my work deadlines than I’m in!

Well, maybe I'll start a thread tomorrow and see if it grows. What times are best for you Monica? I think I speak for everyone wanting you to be able to show up because not alot of women on our forum...plus you have a cool car....and it has 3 pedals...then there's Bob, nuff said...2old2change (one of the nicest people I've ever met)...

It's worth a shot, right!
