That is a shame, very popular thread. I too thought some crazy drama or something foolish caused it to be closed.
 
Yes I agree another one should be started, but would like the OG thread brought back to life. There is a lot of history and knowledge shared in that thread, a lot of random Q&A and pictures that were only shared there.
 
Ha, I wonder if it had anything to do with the “I ****** my cat and liked it” thread title hack.

I would still see that every once in a while.

The wife and I have taken a couple trips lately so I decided it was time for a quick detail. I've been trying to get the right mix of Hyper Dressing and water to get the shine I like on the tires. I think I'm close.

Whats your current dilution ratio for the HD?
 
I wish I knew so it could help others and even myself when my spray bottle is empty. I just kept adding water or HD to get what I have now.
 
While in Peninsula State Park in Door County, Wisconsin this afternoon. First snow of the season expected here tonight.

1st pic the car isn't dirty, washed it Fri night, Tri-Nova pre-wash in the IK Foam 9 followed by CarPro Reset 2BM, pic taken right after I got home from getting the snow shoes on, decided to wash the car since the winter wheels/tires were dirty.

The 2nd pic is after doing an Ech2o WW and applying Gyeon tire. It's a very noticeable difference IMO.

I think I'm back for good and I'm NOT going to change who I am and decided to NOT let a 4 post, never to post again person derail me from helping out and contributing to this forum. Although I'm VERY disappointed that the Military Police here sided with him but after thinking about it on the toilet this morning, how ironic, 1 person, no matter how elevated people "think" he is, should keep me from connecting with people and helping out noobs.

7 month exile is over....
