After FNF.

Friday night fishing. ;)

XJ is looking nice, and that is a perfectly acceptable wash on a Jeep when it rains that hard :). I bet you get offers on that daily. I had a lifted XJ back about 15 years ago. Currently have a '17 Rubicon.

Not current, but this was after Meguiars Ultimate Fast Finish a couple months ago:

Thanks! I do and you've prodded me to finally make the call to get it up on Bring a Trailer. LOVE the Jeep but honestly it turned out much nicer than I expected for what my intended use of it is going to be.....my son's first vehicle and it really deserves to be in the hands of an adult that won't leave it to sit in the driveway. Sounds odd but my son isn't a "Jeep" guy and while is very appreciative of what it is, it's not a heart-breaker for him to have something else. If he wanted it or was a Jeep Guy, I'd let him rock it all day but that said, I hate to see it go but it's best for all.

Love yours. I'm such a car-guy but there's an inner person inside of me that likes and respects the Jeep thing. I want one but I don't have the room.

Thank you! I'll keep an eye out for it on BaT.

Jeeps are weird at first when you also like to detail. They are allowed to be dirty, whereas it would be a shame if a Q50S were covered in mud. It does take some getting used to.

At the overpriced Shell station near the Northshore

Well in Chicagoland it depends where you are. At this station in the "high rent district" it was $3.39 for 87/$4.39 for 93 but by our house it was $3.09 for 87 and probably $3.79 for 93 but because I didn't go that way and/or think about it I paid alot more. While my car doesn't call for 93 IMO it's better to run premium in a turbo car
