Walked out, just after sunset, the sky was so clear, I couldn't resist. View attachment 70622

I did see a really cool one a few weeks back, lasted about 5-10 seconds. It was on the news the next day, seen all up and down the east coast of Australia.

For a bolt on n/a 6.0 liter, pretty strong...

I'm enjoying hotrod life again... reminds me of my 1970's muscle car days.

What did you have back then?

My first car in 1975 was a 1969 390cid AMX 4spd. I was seventeen still in high school. Myers Park High is in the "affluent" side of town in Charlotte, NC which didn't play to well with us middle income family students mixing with the "hurdy turdy" society . The mid 70's muscle cars were horsepower gutted because of emissions and the middle east oil embargo at the time. I parked my six year old rambler in the "jocks" parking lot beside their new 1975 Corvettes and cool (pinto) looking Mustang II's daddy had bought them. One by one easily the AMX did what you'd think it would do, and did, they hated my guts for that!

Big Bad Blue (rare color) 1969 AMX exactly like in the high school days...

Took the big Falcon out to stretch it's legs today.

Coated in Ethos Graphene.
Stripped off Kamikaze Zipang to try this out .
Both VERY nice coatings.
Chilling in the garage today out of the insane humidity and sun today in Minnesota.
