Guilt got the better of me, the XR8 had been sitting for nearly a month and really needed to driven. Having it on a battery tender meant no nasty surprises thankfully.

Fear not, there was no rain in those clouds.

Couple notables from C&C this morning:

-59K Lightning w/period correct S/C and OEM wheels chromed. Owner looked to be in his 30's

-69' GP w/factory 4 2 8, 200R4 trans and 3.55 gears

-67' G.T.O. 400, Hurst His/Hers shifter (couldn't sell it like that today) and repo window sticker of $4300, about $100 less than my late Dad paid for his first new Corvette in 1966, so that Goat was loaded!

-79' Rx-7...one of my best friends car. Looking forward to doing a light polish and topping it with "simething". I did swipe his tires with Gyeon tire cleaner, then applied "Eve's better half" graphene tire coating and finished with some freshly made Original formula "FrankenDetailer" on those white wheels.

There were more cars there, about 5 C8's and an almost Gulf Racing blue Porsche Taycan rolled through but he sadly didn't stop, along with a purple Challenger Super Stock and one of the "special edition" McClarens were there (aren't they all)

Overall a great turnout, weather warmed up nicely too.

Ready for paint correction. All my stuff I ordered from AG is here except some microfibers and a jar of Blackfire Caranuba
The weather isn't cooperating though.
Maybe next week.

Tapatalk doesn't have a dislike button. Unfortunately on the browser version when you click like, the dislike this post link moves over to where like was.
 
Had my 2010 Xterra sitting in the garage for a week and slowly polished the whole thing out with Griot's Correcting Cream on yellow Uro-Tec's, and coated it with some guy's graphene coating (wanted to try something different). It's CLEAN for having 212k miles on the clock :D

Congratulations! You have just given me permission to go with my instinct and wash the dealerships loan cars. :laughing:

I get loan cars pretty often from my Ford/Jaguar dealer, and they are always needing a wash.

Can you guess which is mine and which is the dealers :laughing: -
