Thanks man and I'm just practicing for when I get a NICE car again. I'm not being trite here but as much I like my car I don't LOVE it like my Abarth. Being a poor car guy will always have me driving what I can afford and that's just the reality. I've given up on a "toy" a long time ago, so I make the best of what I've got right now

Watering the lawn tonight, noticed the FJ looking good under lights, then I see I've been bird bombed. Splatter analysis tells me I was hit while on the move. First, your car looks great. That blue really pops.
Second, the bolded part is the exact reason I took an interest in learning about detailing as a way to stay engaged with cars. I have a good job but with two young kids and some other life circumstances/priorities I simply don't have the time, space or disposable income that I used to, so having expensive daily drivers and restoring cars aren't really options anymore. My current fleet is nowhere near as nice as a lot of the cars I see on here, but it's still satisfying to work on making them look as nice as possible.
