The Service is Incredible!

A few weeks ago I ordered a foam cannon HP, unfortunately it kept on leaking from where it joins my pressure washer, I tried it on another pressure washer to make sure that wasn't the issue, and the leaking persisted. So I called autogeek, spoke to Nick, and within a couple of minutes he had offered to send me the new karcher attachment piece. In my experience whenever something doesn't work it's a big hassle with sending parts back, sending pictures etc. With autogeek all it took was one quick phone call and now my foam cannon works like a charm. Thanks autogeek!

I had a small issue this week and they had a replacement shipped the same day.

Any company will have an ocassional problem. It is how they deal with them that counts.

Within hours I was back on the phone placing another order. They have the customer service thing figured out!!
