Ordered a MYTEE LITE on 5-25. As of 6-3 I could not track it on the site. Called customer service, and in my return call, the person who made the error actually fessed up and fixed the problem. I'm impressed, not too many people are as up front with me.Good job!
 
I've never encountered anything but great customer service from AUTOGEEK and I only surf their website because of it.
 
to error is human, to fix is Autogeek. I am also sending a quick apology from my friends at the 'Geek.

+1, kind of. I do scour other websites often, but have spent over 95% of my detailing dollars (in the thousands) on this site because of their superior customer service and the competitive prices of their goods.
 
I have also found customer service at AG is second to none. I could find some of the products I use at detailing supply shops in my area but I choose to do my shopping at AG and know should a problem arise, they will be there for me.
