Heavyweight 530 Microfiber Towel

I swear these towels are coming faster and faster, and I dont get a chance to feel and use one prior to release. I gonna need some 12 step program for towels soon !!!

The grey/black combo really looks nice together also !

Yeah, that does look great. Thanks for the heads up.

Can't help with the 12 step program. They're multiplying here too. Not like yours though. I've seen the pictures, lol.

Does everyone here suggest cobra, or the ideal that thicker is always better? I am set to order an entire collection to outfit my garage... I FINALLY started re-lighting and will also paint my garage to make it a bright detailing booth, and need to re-outfit myself with all new products... thanks.

OH yes - and does everyone here subscribe to the notion and chart that each towel and weight/texture is meant for a specific purpose, like the Cobra chart indicates here at AG?

Cobra towels are some of the best, the thickness of a towel is not the deciding factor however as each towel is designed differently for its needs:

Waffle Weave --- holds water without streaking, think drying and glass
thick --- usually quick detailing, can be used for washing, and sometimes wax removal
edgeless (indigos) --- polish removal, as small knap to pull polish away
thin/soft --- general purpose, interiors, doorguards, under hood

One of my vendors in town carries those, or at least some with the same color pattern. Havent tried them yet because they didnt seem that thick. Will double check them next tuesday.

My MF cabinet contains a ton of Cobra towels, a drawer full of generic walmart mf's for interior work, and a bunch of Viking towels. Viking makes an awesome big, yellow drying towel. The Cobras I got with my AG MF towel package are fantastic, too.

Have to say this is by far one of my favorite towels... you have to take a look at the site at it. Its Grey with black trim, and super soft. I think if you try this one you will be hooked!

Cobra sure is one of the very best MF towels you can buy. Don't trust those OTC MF towels. They might be soft, but you will realize they are junk after a few washes... OTC MF towels are good for wheels though... I don't wash them, I simply throw them away after a few uses...

I actually got these in hand today (thanks Meghan) and they have one sided nap perfect for wax removal or light buffing, and other is quite thick for quick detailing. Did I say I love the color combo ...,

They don't look thick in the picture, a couple of monster fluffies sewn together, now thats thick. I love em

Also I was quite dissappointed with the cobra drying towels too

thats not one towel, but two as offered. This appears to be one towel. Thick yes, thirsty who knows. For drying I suggest the WW design over these anyday.

Has anyone heard of anything called the chubby? A friend of mine who does repaint work for car rental companies told me about it. It seems like Cobra is the way to go though...

Got my towels today and they are SUPER SOFT!! Cant wait to use them..

Just got one today with a small order I had placed. Seems to be really thick and for me will be perfect for use with QD. It won't disappoint.
