Thinking about trading in the CR-Z for a Fiat 500 Abarth, thoughts?

It's ok, the FMIC is installed in the pic though. I talked to my buddy today at the Cars and Coffee and the frontbutt is re-installed. Just waiting now for the MAP sensor to come in, probably late Monday or Tuesday. I used to not be a patient person but since there's nothing I can do about why sweat it?

I may get the 28mm rear sway before the Dragon, gotta address the suspension needs too 🏁

Frontbutt lol

Well that's good.... Hopefully the MAP comes in sooner vs later.

I'd definitely do the 28mm sway bar. If it's anything like the MINI you will love the difference.

I too LOL'd when I first read on the forum calling it the frontbutt but as round as the front bumper cover is, I can understand the nickname for it:p

I know my buddy doesn't work on Monday's so hopefully the car is safe and sound waiting for the part. If it does come in on Tuesday and it gets installed I might just have my buddy take the car home with him after work to put some good miles on it to make sure its all good, he lives about 30 minutes away.

I always tell my buddy NO CAR WASH either and I'm pretty sure he made that crystal clear to them. The car was dropped off dirty and I can't wait to get it home, all fixed up and everything working, including the foglights and the upgraded performance. Once again the car will feel like a new car for sure :props:

Well its 5:40 a.m. and I'm eating breakfast and then heading out to pick up my car from the dealership an hour away, wish me luck. Also wish me luck on the courtesy car as well. You see when I was driving it this past Saturday the windshield got a split in it, came out of nowhere and didn't even hear anything hit it, just the "splitting sound". My buddy said not to worry about it, so hopefully its all good.

I will post a pic of the ATM FMIC hiding behind the grill later on today...after I do a BFWW, it surely needs it as the car was dirty when I dropped it off:poke:

Good luck Roger! And yes, pics! :dblthumb2:

I actually filled up my car after I left the dealership, paid $3.33 for premium and got a touch-free wash while there. Got to work and did a BFWW and cleaned the wheels with DUB wheel cleaner. I also touched up the engine bay a bit too.

Now I need to put some miles on the car with the new part and tuning box turned up a bit and then we'll see what's what 🇮🇹 🏁

Will be interested to see how it goes... I don't expect you to notice much of a difference unless you are on a long, intense drive.

You would think that Monica but because the car came with SMIC and not a FMIC there's a ton of piping, narrow piping and lots of bands too, so the increase in power should be noticeable 🏁

I'm going to wait about a week and then he on the prowl 😈

Ah that's true! Forgot about that! :dblthumb2:

Plumbing and plumbing..and curves and bends.....and then cooling!

Keep the honda, I've heard negative things from Fiat owners about the build quality. No complaints about performance/handling just the little things.

What do you guys think about the new badge?. Kinda going for the way Ford does their ST's and MINI does their JCW badging to give the car a unique OEM look.

Monica, check this out, found this on a link through our Fiat site:

KBB.com quotes from previous years:

2011:
Regardless of what the Hello Kitty mafia would like to believe, cute isn't cool. Not usually, anyway. But that's because cute is rarely backed up by substance, as it is in the 2012 Fiat 500...

Cool add on!

Kinda chilly here in Summit. 59th St.
Gonna put on a jacket.

Southern Fried Wuss,

Well it's been a couple weeks since I got the ATM FMIC installed, as well as having the MAP sensor replaced and everything has been fine. I have also not hammered on the car....why, we'll let's just say I'm waiting for the right time. I almost thought that time was today heading to work where I had a brand new Focus ST behind me, still in the wrappers but he didn't know how to play. I will say this though, in 5th gear the car now just pulls and pulls and pulls, very noticeable 🏁 🇮🇹

It's only a matter of time but the car is once again "a different animal". Next year is going to be the hi-flow downpipe/cat and once again it's going to change!
