Thinking about trading in the CR-Z for a Fiat 500 Abarth, thoughts?

-2*F here this morning. Cadillac is great in the snow! Can't wait for spring though.

Damn, you guys... Now I feel like a complete wimp for complaining about it being 43* in the morning.

Back to form again...yes its an old photo but it doesn't look any different and I forgot to take a new pic, LOL

Is that at work or at your place?

These underground parking scares me. One of the pipes sprung a leak and left some nasty crap on my roof at one of my job sites. Good thing I caught it in time. Now I'm paranoid each time I have to park in one of these places...

It at our apartment. I like my spot because it has lights whereas the rest of the garage doesn't (right above my car) and there's an electrical outlet nearby.

Nice job Roger.
I've always liked how you make use of your parking garage :xyxthumbs:

Nice! I take it it's free usage?

In my lot, they charge you for everything. Want to use the water? $50. Want to use the outlet? No problem, $50 for the key.

I love the Bay Area.

The lights and outlet are free...even in Chicagoland 😋

How exactly would you use $50.00 worth of juice polishing your car for instance? Same with washing your car or in most our cases, water to rinse off and clean your tires, wheels and wheel wells? Would love to know this🔎🔌🚿

$50 monthly fee. Both the outlet and hose have locks on them. Two separate keys, so $100 if you want both water and elect. No washing on the weekends...

You could, however, do waterless/rinseless. Just no access from the facility.

If you think that's bad, when I used to live downtown just a few blocks from Union Square, parking was $195. First come, first serve. If you want your own assigned space $250.

Is this $195 a month at an apartment near downtown? We pay $50.00 a month per spot and it's well worth it during the winter for sure but also for doing RW/WW's when it's raining and you wanna make the best use of your time.

Yup. Corner of Turk & Jones. Just a 5 min walk to Powell Station (famous cable car turnaround). Pretty much the heart of Tenderloin.

Dave Chapelle talks about Tenderloin @ 2:04.
