While checking the tracking number of a recent autogeek order this morning, I was surprised to see that the order had been shipped back to the sender. Following up, I called the autogeek customer service line to ask about the order. I was told that the package was damaged in transit, and that UPS had already contacted autogeek and that they were preparing to send me another package later that morning.
I was kind of bummed out, as I was hoping to use some new products this weekend. Figuring I had nothing to lose, I asked about possibly getting another bottle of WG spritz sealant, since it went on BOGO less than two days after I placed my order last week. I expected the customer service rep to say no (I wouldn't have held it against him, regardless), but to my surprise he said that they could do that for me!
I just received the shipping confirmation from autogeek, and low and behold, I see an extra bottle of the WF spritz sealant on the invoice at no extra charge.
Thanks, autogeek! You guys totally made my day. Already, I'm telling my friends to order from you guys.
