Damn! That looks amazing!
P.S. You answered a question of mine indirectly about wheels. I have a pilot coming in this weekend for a major overhaul and was curious what to use on wheels to shine them up
Thanks for that!
If they need a little more, use M100 or 105 on a mf first and then go over a 2nd time with M205. I've also topped that with Essence too (I did that to the mirrors). Many good compounds and polishes will work great on chrome. Some chrome is softer than others, so the usual caveat about trying it first in an inconspicuous location of course applies.
Haha..I love it! I'll tell you the truth, when her car is dirty, her friends ask "Are you and Rich having a fight?" I LOL, her poor car tends to get washed less than mine..hmmm.Do you think she might let you put a sticker on the rear quarter window? Maybe something like, "This beauty maintained by my main man at Flawless Reflections Auto Detailing."
Cool! And, thanks! Anyone who knows me knows that I always tend to think (and act) outside the box. Sometimes it works, sometimes not.Great job my friend, the vehicle looks sick with all that gloss. Now you have us all thinking about 3 coats. Fantastic job sir.

That looks outstanding!
Thanks very much; I appreciate you taking the time to comment.Holy smokes Batman, it looks great! Well done!! :wow: :awesome:
Paul, Thanks very much for the kind words. I was upset when I saw that pic as I had forgotten to turn on the LED directly above which would have made the metallic jump although it might have washed out the reflection of the fan blades somewhat. This one made me say DAYUM to an empty house.

Richy,
How long did you wait after Essence to cure before applying your first coat of Opti-Gloss?
Time between Opti-Gloss coats?
Anything special you did between coats?
How long after you apply Opti-Gloss can you apply a 2nd coat?
Great work !!
Looks great Richy!!!
I just purchased some OGC and was planning on doing the same to my wife’s 2015 Citadel, in the near future. I had been curious how multiple coats would look and now I know. You may have already answered this question, but how much OGC did you use, I think I need to buy more now, lol. Thanks for the great write up.

That's the hard part at first is to learn how little you need. I don't use their applicator; I prefer the Car Pro micro suede and block method. I am a clutz and am likely to drop the blue one, lol.Since I have never used Gloss Coat before hopefully I can get two coats from my 10 ml syringe, lol. Do you use the blue applicator that is furnished with the Gloss Coat?
Thanks very much Paul! That is amazing work, richy. Just awesome.![]()
