Tire Dressing Applicators

Some may chuckle at the following but I use the good quality paint brushes from Harbor Freight.
$7.00 gets one three of their good brushes. Clean up well and have a long handle for good control and can spray the bristles without spraying ones hand.
Does the job pretty well and very economical. Simple, cheap, good and easy.
Sometimes the items that one uses for detailing don’t have to be labeled for a specific purpose to accomplish the task at hand.

Since writing this post nearly 18-months ago, I have been favoring the ultra-large detailing brushes for tire dressing.

Now, the original in this space was the Detail Factory Curveball, and the Screwball that followed later. The main detractor using these brushes for tire dressing is the cost, they are almost too nice to subject to this task. Since those arrived, the usual suspects have come out with their knock-offs for nearly half the price. Having used the Maxshine and Detail Factory versions back to back, they have been performing exactly the same.

Thanks for the reviews/comments. When warm weather returns I'll be in the hunt for a better tire applicator and I'll have to give one of these or their Amazon knock-offs a try.
