What tire dressing would y'all recommend I use meguiar's hot shine but I hear not to use water base or liquid what kind of paste

you Should use Water Base. Hot shine is ok if you are in the city and only do minimal driving. I drive 120 miles a day so It the shine only last for an hour. After that It accumulates some dust.

I use this Surf City Garage Beyond Black Tire Pro stuff. I can order online but I hate waiting for stuff! So this is a good alternative if you need to use it right away.
