Thank you. That is exactly the problem.

Five years after I bought a 19oz bottle of Duragloss 253 for my tires and I'm still not through it. If I was to buy a gallon of Hyper Dressing it would last me over 100 years at my current consumption rates. There is no scenario for me where a gallon of tire dressing is feasible, no matter the value or quality.

My biggest frustration with this hobby is packaging sizes for products. They either go bad before being totally used up, or I'm locked in for years until they are used up and miss the opportunity to try new things as the products/technology improves.

Back on topic: I may give PERL a try. Every time I look into tire dressings, I keep coming back to it.

I use hd from time to time but not a huge fan. I did a side by side one time with Lucas oil tire and trim shine(also a water based dressing) from Walmart and hd 4:1 and the results looked exactly the same. I did not test longevity. So for $6 or whatever it was you can see if you like the results
 
Pearl to me always at least leaves the tires black after a rain or after 2 weeks. I’m happy with this result because it makes the tires super easy to clean the next time around. I’ve spent 10-15 mins on a single tire trying to get “shiny” dressing off. I’m waiting for a tire product(most likely a tire coating) that has good durability,light shine, but easy maintenance.
