Tires turning brown

Here is a helpful hint when working on tires. Use a piece of 1 x 4 or similar item to elevate the tire. This allows you to work on the entire surface of the tire whether it is cleaning or coating. I had some Trex decking material leftover from the deck project and I cut four perfect length pieces.
For cleaning, the most economical tire cleaner is LA Totally Awesome cut 1:1 with water. Two scrubbings and the tire is clean.

I’ve used 2x4s in the past and even bought some thick plastic to drive up on but had issues with sliding sometimes so I ended up buying some low profile ramps and just inset them some so I can get to the entire side of the tire. This is before a wash obviously. I usually use Shine Supply Wise Guy tire cleaner or Tuf Shine tire cleaner because I have a gallon of each since my dad isn’t detailing cars any more.
